FIELD MEETING is a series of art forums pioneering new curatorial formats that merge performance, lecture, contemplation, discourse, and travel—cultivating immersive, cross-cultural encounters where artists, curators, thinkers, and spiritual practitioners engage in deep exchange and transformative collective experience.
As part of the ACAF Talking Peers program, in response to the recent regime change in Afghanistan (2021), the Arts for Afghanistan initiative supports Afghan artists and art professionals who have resettled in new European countries, the US, and beyond.
The Talking Peers program, conceived by ACAF board directors Leeza Ahmady, Megha Ralapati, and Christopher Ho, facilitates collaborative engagements among Asia-based and Asian diaspora artists, curators, and educators.
